This is a snapshot from a commercial we did emphasizing the "fish-like" hydration you can experience from BRiiNE. This was a blast to shoot.
Who's This "Luke" Guy?
I’m the founder of Briine, the premium sparkling electrolyte water built for all‑day high performers. I built (and am still building!) this brand from scratch: assembling a team, selling into retail with minimal outside capital, and turning an idea into something real. Along the way, I’ve learned how to lead people, earn trust, and keep moving when things get uncomfortable.

Before business ownership, I spent years coaching individuals and teams—helping them train for strength, build discipline, and perform under pressure. That foundation in coaching naturally evolved into something broader: working with founders, creatives, and operators not just on fitness, but on clarity, habits, leadership, and mindset. Today, I work as a high-performance wellness and business coach, helping other hustlers bring structure to ambition—and take meaningful action without burning out.

My background is eclectic. I grew up between England and Thailand, raised in multicultural spaces that taught me how to connect with anyone, fast. I was trained by a former Olympic swim coach at 12, ran sports camps for refugee kids along the Thai-Burmese border in my teens, and spent my twenties guiding people through physical and mental breakthroughs as a performance coach. It’s always been about pushing limits—for myself and for others.
Now based in Edmonton, I’m raising four incredible kids, building my business, and staying connected to real people doing hard things. I care deeply about performance—but I care just as much about sustainability, clarity, and showing up fully in the things that matter most.
At my core, I’m someone who learns fast, competes hard, and leads from the front. Whether I’m in the gym, having a coffee with a client, or trying to solve a problem with my team —I’m here to help people move forward with clarity, confidence, and a little more drive.
